Paul Carman

Paul Carman is a recent graduate from the University of Lethbridge where he achieved his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in kinesiology and getting his personal training certification through CSEP.  Physical activity has been a large part of Paul’s life, playing both baseball and soccer at the collegiate level. With over six years of serious weight training, Paul has recently become an accomplished athlete in the sport of Natural Bodybuilding receiving high placements with the INBF and the IDFA. Paul believes in numerous different types of training to adhere to every body type or preferred results. Whether your goal is to cut fat, sculpt and tone, build size or strength, increase flexibility, or train for a specific sporting event or fitness competition, Paul believes that as long as you can stay motivated and committed you can achieve your goals.

    A brisk flowing vinyasa format. Tone all major muscle groups during the first part of this class & then the pace slows down to focus on deeper stretches.
