Challenge your body through a combination of intervals on various Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, arc barrel, rotational discs, fitness circle and bosu. This exciting new exercise regime will take you to a higher level of fitness. With a 4:1 student to instructor ratio, small group training allows for tons of personal attention to help you meet your goals.
To participate, clients must have taken 2 sessions of matwork classes or private sessions with an instructor, as it is important you are comfortable with essential exercises on the equipment.
