CLASS DESCRIPTION
  • Body Sculpt - An invigorating head to toe resistance training workout suitable for all levels.
  • Butts & Guts AMPED - A strength training class for the legs and core with athletic cardio to increase the intensity.
  • Cardio Core Circuit - A circuit style class focusing on high intensity cardio intervals & core work to get you that 6 pack in no time.
  • Cycle - Crank it up with this unbeatable all levels workout on a stationary bike. Optimize cardiovascular fitness & calorie burn with  hills, sprints, power drills, intervals & much more.
  • Cycle & Core - Challenge your body with a combination of spinning followed by core strengthening exercises.
  • Hatha Yoga –Restore your energy & replenish your body with this all levels class. Improve flexibility, balance, stamina & strength by working with the breath, yoga postures & relaxation. 
  • H.I.T. - High Intensity Training.  This class combines intense resistance training and cardio intervals with very short bouts of rest.
  • Hot Power Yoga - A combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises - get ready to burn 500 calories per class! The room is heated to 25 degrees - prepare to sweat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles! 
  • Intermediate / Advanced Hot Power Yoga -  A combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises - get ready to burn 500 calories per class! The room is heated to 25 degrees - prepare to sweat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles!
  • Step – This class is all about choreography and fun. If you love step, you’ll love this heart pounding, blood pumping, high intensity workout. May include single or double step. Beginner to Intermediate level.
  • Muscle Tension Release - Using foam rollers & small balls for self massage, you will elongate connective tissue, remove restrictions & increase range of motion. Your body will love you for it.  This class is a great complement to yoga, cycle and zumba!
  • Strength & Cycle - An intense total body workout of strength training mixed with cardio drills on the bike that will bring you results in no time!
  • 50/50 - Half cardio and half strength training.  The cardio varies each week (step, hi low, zumba, intervals) to complement the weight training workout.
  • Yoga Flow -A brisk flowing vinyasa format. Tone all major muscle groups during the first part of this class & then the pace slows down to focus on deeper stretches.
  • Zumba - This Latin inspired, easy to follow, dance-fitness party will help you burn 500 calories per class.
  • Zumba for Kids - Suitable for kids ages 9 - 12.  Free class for kids whose parents are members of the Fitness Club.  Parents must remain in the building for the duration of the class.
