- Cycle - Crank it up with this unbeatable all levels workout on a stationary bike. Optimize cardiovascular fitness & calorie burn with hills, sprints, power drills, intervals & much more.
- Cycle & Core - Challenge your body with a combination of spinning followed by core strengthening exercises.
- Hatha Yoga –Restore your energy & replenish your body with this all levels class. Improve flexibility, balance, stamina & strength by working with the breath, yoga postures & relaxation.
- Hot Power Yoga - A combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises - get ready to burn 500 calories per class! The room is heated to 25 degrees - prepare to sweat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles!
- Intermediate / Advanced Hot Power Yoga - A combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises - get ready to burn 500 calories per class! The room is heated to 25 degrees - prepare to sweat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles!
- Intermediate/Advanced Step – This class is all about choreography and fun. If you love step, you’ll love this heart pounding, blood pumping, high intensity workout. May include single or double step.
- Iron Yoga - Take your Power Yoga practice to a new level with the optional challenges of small hand weights for extra upper body sculpting. All levels class.
- Power Yoga – Challenge your body, mind & spirit with this dynamic class stemming from the principles of Vinyasa yoga. Build strength & stamina while gaining flexibility & energy!
- Ride & Roll - A cycle class followed by self myofascial release using the foam rollers.
- Roll - Using foam rollers & small balls for self massage, you will elongate connective tissue, remove restrictions & increase range of motion. Your body will love you for it.

- 20/20/20 - A combination of the best of everything - 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretch
- Yoga Flow -A brisk flowing vinyasa format. Tone all major muscle groups during the first part of this class & then the pace slows down to focus on deeper stretches.
- Zumba - This Latin inspired, easy to follow, dance-fitness party will help you burn 500 calories per class.
