Power Pilates - An intermediate to advanced level Pilates class with hand weights for a challenging total body workout that will create strength and definition from head to toe.

Standing Pilates - An all levels workout that combines the techniques of Pilates, yoga and dance conditioning to create a flowing routine that challenges the strength and stamina of the entire body. Small props are incorporated to create a powerful workout and a strong and graceful body.

Pilates with Props
A beginner to intermediate level class of matwork Pilates with all the props - stability balls, toning balls, gliders, foam rollers, mini balls and flexbands.
