Power Pilates - An intermediate to advanced level Pilates class with hand weights for a challenging total body workout that will create strength and definition from head to toe.

Mondays 10:00 - 10:50 am

Mondays 6:30 - 7:20 pm

Pilates TRX Fusion- An all levels class taking your Pilates practice onto the TRX to further challenge your strength and stability.

Mondays 7:30 - 8:20 pm

Thursdays 10:10 - 11:00 am

Standing Pilates   An all levels workout that combines the techniques of Pilates, yoga and dance conditioning to create a flowing routine that challenges the strength and stamina of the entire body.  Small props are incorporated to create a powerful workout and a strong and graceful body.

Pilates with Props

A beginner to intermediate level class of matwork Pilates with all the props - stability balls, toning balls, gliders, foam rollers, mini balls and flexbands.
