 Power Pilates - This class incorporates hand weights for a challenging total body workout that will create strength and definition from head to toe.

Mondays 10:00 - 10:50 am

Pilates TRX Fusion- An all levels class taking your Pilates practice onto the TRX to further challenge your strength and stability.

Mondays 7:30 - 8:20 pm

Thursdays 10:00 - 10:50 am 

  • March 7 - May 30

Standing Pilates   An all levels workout that combines the techniques of Pilates, yoga and dance conditioning to create a flowing routine that challenges the strength and stamina of the entire body.  Small props are incorporated to create a powerful workout and a strong and graceful body.
